In the latest update, there seems to be a problem with the daily interactions. I was only able to engage in either dating or sex once. After that the buttons became unresponsive despite several in-game days passing. It's as if the once per day limit never recharged after the day ended.

Just because you only like lolis doesn't mean that the rest of us are revolted at the sight of a chest above a b-cup. 

There are no flat chested characters in the game except maybe Lucy and Ari, and that's mostly just flat by comparison to everyone else. Maybe Komisari will add some more flat chested characters, but for now if you're looking for a bunch of Lolicon content, this game isn't for you.
